Help Recover Names of Holocaust Victims

Submit the names of Holocaust victims to Yad Vashem's Central Database of Shoah Victims' Names to ensure that they will be remembered for generations to come. To date the Names Database documents the names and biographical details of 4.8 million victims of the Holocaust. Nearly 1.5 million names remain unknown and time is running out!

The Valley of the Communities at Yad Vashem

The Valley of the Communities in Yad Vashem is a massive 2.5 acre monument literally dug out of natural bedrock. Over 5000 names of communities are engraved on the stone walls in the Valley of the Communities. Each name recalls a Jewish community which existed for hundreds of years. Today, in most cases, nothing remains but the name.
